Job Description Attached to the Director of Operational Performance, you will, as Geographic Area Manager, be responsible to develop a project pipeline, in consultation with the Business Development Department, and to successfully complete all projects, from a technical, financial and contractual perspective, relying on the human and organizational resources made available by Seureca. The activity consists of carrying out general studies, technical assistance and design and supervision projects, in the fields of water, the environment, solid waste and energy, with a varied clientele, including public clients supported by multilateral donors, private industrial clients and clients of the Veolia Environnement Group.

**Qualifications**:
Skills required for this position: Technical : Management during 10 years of proposals and studies at the level of project manager or director in the context of international donors in the fields of water, the environment, waste or energy. Technical experience in one of the following areas will be an asset: Technical assistance to public utilities, Drinking water and sanitation, Municipal or hazardous solid waste. Energy efficiency and decarbonization. Transversal: Writing skills, Oral and written communication, Commercial and contractual culture and ability to set up and lead project teams, Experience in managing a consultancy entity, in a branch or subsidiary will be an asset. Languages: French English
