- ** Job Description**:

- Taking care of and maintaining the clients for business development.
- Taking care of OEMs and organizing project team support as requested by customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales team (2-3 members)
- Market Research and updating trends
- Prepare sales documents, submit orders to the system, and follow up until the end of the process.
- Prepare quotation & Breakdown for customers.
- Collaborate between customers and internal departments regarding quality and other related issues.
- Prepare reports on sales and marketing activities to Sales Manager.
- ** Requirement**:

- Male/Female 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field / Marketing
- At least 5 years of experiences in automotive and used to work with OEM market. (1st tier is needed)
- At least 2 years i leader and manage team member.
- Good communicate in English
- Knowledge in TPS system, IATF16949 and good negotiation skill, work under pressure.
- Japanese speaking is advantaged.
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English, Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**:

- Work some Sat depending on Company's Calendar
