**Qualifications**:

- 5 years in physical product development, product packaging, and brand development for cannabis retail consumer brands food supplement
- deep knowledge of weed and the global weed market
- strong understanding of the retail market, customer behavior, and industry trends
- demonstrated success in developing and launching product lines that drive business growth
