**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working towards ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 which are related to merchandising, ensure the compliance of all concerned processes.
- Preparing PO/SO from the ERP system ensures data is complete and correct before sending it to vendors/customers.
- Handling incoming orders from customers and assigning orders to vendors.
- Handling receipt of the new order, checking & confirm breakdown, pricing, CBM, ETD, and shipment plan/instructions with customers & vendors.
- Following up on cargo ready date, inspection date, and booking confirmation with vendors and freight forwarders.
- Coordinating with all concerned parties for the order progression.
- Ensuring data in ERP is always correct and updated. Running reports for validation.
- Reviewing invoices from vendors if they correct both quantity and price as per the agreed term.
- Keeping all records in digital format, put the correct name, and keep them in the right shared folders.
- Maintaining a good relationship with all vendors and customers.
- Communicating with vendors, customers, team members & managers to align goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in operations management, and supply chain management with a reputable international industrial corporation.
- Having knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485 is preferred.
- Have experience in ERP systems (ie. SAP, JDE, Oracle, AX).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver according to deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Responsive, proactive, committed, executed, and deliver.
- Attention to detail, fast, reliable, and accurate.
- High discipline and well-organized.
