**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist to prepare month-end and year-end closing financial statement.
- Assist to manage and control daily accounting process (accounting receivable and report).
- Review accounting transaction records; payment voucher, receipt voucher, journal voucher including interface transac-tion from LAMP system to NAV system.
- Controls accurate receivable records and verifies outstanding account receivable balances.
- Review all account reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accounting master data in accounting system including Chart of account, Vendor, Customer.
- Design for accounting systems, improvements to existing systems and reviewing accounting systems continuously for optimization and best practices.
- Supervise team concerning company’s accounting procedures, policies including closing month-ended financial state-ment.
- Liaise with external auditor, revenue department and other related authorities.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Accounting.
- At least 7 years professional experience in accounting or external auditor.
- Strong knowledge in accounting, auditing, and tax (the revenue code).
- High attention to details and accuracy.
- Good Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problem, collaborate well with others and team members.
- Strong negotiating, able to work under pressure.
- Have experience in ERP system, especially NAV accounting system.
- Hard working, self-motivated, can do attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Adaptability and flexible.
- Experience in hire purchase business, finance institution, and/or related fields.
- MS. Office (Excel, Power point) and Navision accounting system.
- CPA or TAX auditor certified is a plus.
