**Job Description**:
At airasia, the Product Writer’s role is to help shape product experiences by crafting copies that help users complete the task at hand. They set the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints. As a Product Writer, you’ll work alongside designers and product managers, collaborating to create amazing user experiences. You’ll also team up with software engineers, business stakeholders and others to ensure a successful product for our business and customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Use writing and editing skills to write UI text that facilitates user navigation, as well as onboarding, error messages, instructional materials and other components of the entire user experience.
- Ensure implementation, manage and contribute to the content guidelines and copy library for product writing.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, legal, marketing, product managers and software engineers and influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback.
- Ability to independently determine what type of content is needed for different projects and bring new breakthroughs and innovation.
- Thorough understanding of the business and brand, drive content creation for the entire product lifecycle, maintaining consistency and finding new ways to inspire the user through content.
- Document the guidelines and processes, establish best practices and principles then deploy it systematically.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-6 years of experience on user-focused product writing including work in hardware, software, digital agency, or other relevant product area.
- Must be able to write in **English**. Ability to write in **Thai, Bahasa Malaysia **or** Bahasa Indonesia** is a plus.
- Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
- Experience developing information architecture for complex documentation sets or product suites. Experience with localisation and accessibility best practices.
- Knowledge of online technology and related products, including web and mobile UI and tools.
- Familiarity with user experience research principles and practices and how to use data to provide informed user insights.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment and remain focused amidst frequently changing requirements.
