**About Role**

The Junior Content Writer with a focus on pharmacovigilance to join our team. As the Junior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and relevant content for Docquity and various health communication platforms across the company. In addition to content creation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an effective Pharmacovigilance system in the assigned countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong writing skills, and a passion for medical and scientific writing.

**Expectations from you**

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Identify appropriate content and content sources for the Thailand market in alignment with Market requirements and Docquity's goals.
- Produce original in-house and client-commissioned content based on project requirements.
- Ensure that all content, formats, and structures comply with regulatory, journal, or other guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Docquity team to maintain quality and editorial standards.
- Review, verify, and proofread content materials for quality and scientific accuracy, incorporating necessary changes.
- Work with writers, editors, graphic artists, and video editors to ensure top-quality content production.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of references and source materials used in content creation.

**Pharmacovigilance Scope**:

- Maintain an effective Pharmacovigilance system in the assigned countries.
- Manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) and ensure timely processing, reconciliation, follow-up, and submission to Health Authorities as required.
- Monitor Health Authority regulations related to Pharmacovigilance and Data Protection.
- Develop and maintain a Business Contingency Plan (BCP) for Pharmacovigilance.
- Implement internal Pharmacovigilance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), PV Agreements, and Client-related PV requirements.
- Conduct Pharmacovigilance-related training for internal and sub-contractor employees.
- Manage deviations from PV-related SOPs and regulations and develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Ensure internal Quality Management implementation and Audit-preparedness for Client's PV Audits.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other contributors.
- Represent the Editorial team in client meetings when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align content strategy with business objectives.

**Skills required**
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with experience in pharmacovigilance or medical writing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and guidelines is desirable.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to adhere to timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
