This position will report to Sr. HR Director of the site. Your main tasks will be:

- Recruitment process
- Job interviewing Process
- New hired and Resigned daily and weekly reports send to Payroll, HRIS, Security and IT for support business need and update in their database.
- Employment documentation
- PR. outstanding reports
- Jobs advertisement
- Jobs offer and salary negotiation
- Campus/university relations
- Sub-contractor agreement/contract
- Employee telephone list updates
- Exit interview/termination of employment reports
- Any other tasks as assigned by manager

**Education** : Bachelor's degree or higher in computer or related filed

**Experience** : Minimum of 12 years experiences with Employees Relations knowledge and experiences in multi-national company

- Recruitment and Interviewing skills.
