**Job Descriptions**:

- Designing, implementing and maintaining the security for system, network, firewall and devices.
- Developing and controlling IT security policy across all sites.
- Monitoring and measuring the security score/KPI, mitigate all security finding from audit and security assessment.
- Maintaining and optimizing the company networks and servers (Cloud/on Premises).
- Being an administrator of Microsoft 365, server, database, web hosting, and other infrastructure devices.
- Monitoring and maintaining the backup process, disaster recovery plan, restoration, and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls, Access control, end points).
- Managing the installations, upgrades and configurations of network, firewall and servers.
- Assessing and reviewing the system performance and recommending improvements.
- Resolving issues escalated by users and helpdesk.
- Ensuring data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
- Providing support and guidance to stakeholders via EUX staffs.
- Managing the vendor/supplier who provide system and security services.
- Owning risk mitigation for cyber security and other related risks to report as regular basis.
- Performing vulnerability scan, producing report and planning to resolve risk finding.
- Proactive monitoring of all cyber security news and take action to minimize for company.
- Performing duty per supervisor’s assignment.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in IT systems and security with more than 8 years of experience in the field.
- Advanced knowledge of IT security and system is a MUST.
- Advanced knowledge of networks and cloud computing.
- Understand and experience in various new technology (e.g. Could, IoT, RPA, ML, Big Data).
- Analytical skills are important for this role. Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a can-do attitude.
- Any security certification is preferred.
