- **Manage market place team and marketplace channels - Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, JD and others**:

- **Onboarding new marketplace channels**:

- **Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short
- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.**

**o Create 1 year plan + how to get there**

**o Create 3-year plan**
- **Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance of back and front end of shop**:

- **Communicate with Key Account Managers from different marketplaces to resolve any problems**:

- **Develop reports and reporting formats for management**:

- **Increase the visibility and reach of our products on our marketplaces via improving product detail pages together with other departments like content and graphics**:

- **Evaluate ads on all channels -> FB CPAS Ads, Google SEM Ads, Google Shopping ads, In-App Ads**:

- **Look at metrics daily and weekly to increase sales**:

- **Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties regarding the marketplace channel**:

- **Perform competitor analysis and market research on the different marketplaces channels to support the pricing and sales strategy for our products**:

- **Coordinate with marketing and Graphic design team to recheck Artwork/pricing before post on Marketplace channel**:

- **Come up with strategies to acquire new customer, upsell, cross-sell**
