In this position you report to the Finance Manager of FUCHS Thailand.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

To manage and provide financial information to the Management by processing, collecting, analysing, verifying accounting data and preparing reports, also to ensure Company’s financial processes are compliance to internal control and legal requirement, you would:

- Carry out all accounting functions as Accounts Payable - verifying, preparing, and posting them into SAP.
- Carry out all accounting functions as GL Accounts - posting JV to ensure expenses is accurately and completely recorded.
- Manage payment to all suppliers and employees.
- Handle petty cash at the company office.
- Responsible for Company’s PP&E register, record, and depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising the Management on needed actions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Provide financial information to auditor, banks, Revenue Department, and other authorities (if any).
- Responsible for all requirements from Commercial department i.e., submitting annual financial statements, assisting Finance Manager in preparing AGM documents, etc.
- Support Operations team in calculating total cost of imported products.
- Coach, provide guidance for development and assign tasks to Accounting Assistant.

**QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related fields.
- 3 & above years of experience in accounting in a similar position and possess of accounting license.
- Good understanding of financial figures, good knowledge of accounting principles, preparation of full set of accounts and cash flow.
- Reliable and accurate working style.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
- Good skills in SAP, data processing and MS Office.
- Excellent team player with mature leadership.
