YOUR ROLE

Develop and formulate FVL Product Business Strategies and direction in Thailand. Fully responsible for FVL product P&L. Manage, drive and oversee the Management of all FVL business. Work with APAC and GHO FVL product leaders to promote and develop FVL business. Enhance product development to cope with changing business and market environment. Accountable for the FVL Freight products within Thailand.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Drive FVL Freight Business in Thailand and formulate business strategies.
- Fully responsible for FVL product P&L
- Develop FVL freight products and solution to cope with market and customers’ needs.
- Execute Corporate FVL Product Strategy, Trade Lane and Network strategy in Thailand.
- Adapt the rapid CEVA business development needs.
- Set up qualified FVL operations team.
- Ensure high operation efficiency and best service quality.
- Need to standardize and maintain processes, improve station processes, generate support measurements.
- Work with Commercial team and Tender management team in RFQ Bid and SOP.
- Cooperation with the other Commercial Department and maintain fluid and transparent flow of information both internally and externally to ensure smooth running of corporate activities
- Ensure competitive procurement in liaison with the trade lane management
- Strictly implement cost control and ensure achieving Business Plan goal of GR, NR, etc.
- Maintain and cultivate regular contacts with carriers and vendors
- Taking the role of senior management, should have the responsibilities in budgeting / financial administration, functional administration and staff management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Min 10 years working experience in Freight Management related, at least 5 years in management role
- Leadership experience across multiple geographies
- Extensive senior leadership experience in a large and complex sales environment
- Experience of leading large-scale change management programmes, either within a specific function or across a larger region
- Conversational fluent and ability to communicate in English
- Strong knowledge in FVL operation management
- Strong management experience with highly developed negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong business improvement management experience with proven ability to operate at senior levels and influence teams to effect change
- Proactively analyse, identify issues and explore solution, raise questions and research for answers to enhance work efficiency
- Self-motivated, ability to work with limited resources and get the financial control activity up and running
- Embrace changes and drives innovation
- Ability to work in matrix organization, liaise and work across function, countries and products within the organization to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Applies process analysis with problem solving skills
