Campaign Manager-thailand

- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Drive the cluster growth performance through campaign and Lazada onsite assets (e.g. platform voucher, internal visibilities, marketing visibilities) while maintaining the investment efficiency
- Be the central contact point of the assigned cluster x User Growth and represent as a User Growth Business Partner between Category Manager, Marketing Services, and other Operation teams.
- Generate a post-campaign report and lead a monthly category campaign post mortem session to analyze campaign performance and present key insight with senior management of the company.
- Lead the User Growth x Cluster transformation projects. For example, LazLOOK initiative of Fashion cluster to transforming the perception of Lazada fashion assortments
- Lead and mange a team of 4-5 members to developed end-to-end category campaign
**Job Requirements**
- At least 3+ working experiences in brand marketing, digital marketing, media sales, and ecommerce
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or merchandising is a plus
- Have experiences in campaign planning, executing, and analyzing campaign performance is a great plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills
- Ability to effectively adapt to shifts in priorities and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent team work with strong communication skills and can build relationships with people from different background and cultures, both online and offline.
