- Develop financial models relating to Venture Capital & Innovative Investment.
- Perform due diligence and valuation to reflect the viewpoint of investment opportunities.
- Reviewing business plans and providing feedback on how to improve them.
- Providing advice to the company (startup) on how to improve its financial performance by increasing sales, cutting costs, and generating new revenue streams.
- Communicating with existing investors to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the company.
- Negotiating deals with potential investors, partners, and other stakeholders who might affect the deal growth.
- Communicating regularly with other venture partners at other firms to share information about opportunities in different industries or regions.
- Build network in startup and investor ecosystem globally.
- 10+ years in venture capital, M&A, private equity, finance, investment banking, fund raising, strategy consulting, startup acceleration, or technology related field, or some combination of above.
- A minimum of a master’s degree in a field such as finance, accounting, investment, business administration, or technology related field. Strong background in business and finance.
- Direct experience in startup investment, incubator, and/or accelerator.
- Understand technical aspects in web3.0, extended reality, metaverse, and other related technologies and businesses.
- Proven track record of successful fund raising and investment.
- Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, valuation and analysis.
- Excel in networking and build relationship in startup and investor ecosystem globally.
- Show strong entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
