- **Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm**
- **Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention**
- **Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs**
- **Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, salary structure, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; leadership competencies, productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development**
- **Organization design related to organization structure, job grade/ level, reward schemes**
- **Work on job analysis, salary structures, and surveys, data & cost analysis, and designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis**
- **Improve and implement the administration and communication of Performance Management Framework in the entire organization**
- **Oversee workforce planning that leads to the highest efficiency of employee productivity; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management**
- **Conduct recruitment and competency based selection processes for management levels**
- **Work closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention**
- **Develop and implement departmental budget**
