- Providing data-driven consultative support and service to assigned ABO accounts to achieve business objectives identified by local/sub-regional/regional sales leadership.
- Tailors consultative support and service based on the type/level of ABO account (e.g., basic, major, key or strategic).
- Provides core content and information about Amway’s business activities; effective coordination of Amway’s processes and resources; end-to-end services (e.g., strategy, sales, marketing, training, technology, etc.); and innovative and tailored solutions to moderate complex problems and business growth opportunities.
- Serves as the primary interface between the ABO, the Sales organization and other key departments ensuring internal support areas prioritize the needs and requirements of the ABOs.
- Serving as a local and/or global account team member or leader.
- Provides support for entry-level accounts by supporting implementation of broad business strategies.
- Conducting ABO account development activities including regular relationship building at Amway and ABO sponsored events and various proactive and responsive contacts necessary to execute against business objectives.

Provides operational support to the sales organization; Serving on cross functional teams focused on design, development and implementation of sales administration processes, programs and communications: _**
- Collecting and sharing feedback, inquiries and issues reported as well as sharing results, insights and/or solutions to respective parties and/or stakeholders and resolving issues.
- Contacting/coordinating with other functions to execute the sales strategy.
- Preparing reports and developing analysis relative to ABO/LOA tracking to include higher award, promotions, monthly qualifying and sales incentive tracking.
- Develop proficiency in serving as an internal consultant providing ABOs with information and/or guidance on all sales plan and sales incentive programs to include responding and resolving related ABO inquiries and issues for assigned accounts.
- Recommending and/or coordinating ABO training for assigned group(s).
- Supporting communications to ABOs to execute the contact management strategy
- Engages with business systems support to provide feedback and direction on sales systems.

Participate and/or provide support in all stages of the account management process: _**
Analyze
- Analyzes all business and business affiliation data to identify growth opportunities and root cause problems affecting the interaction between Amway and the ABO regionally/globally.
- Researches Amway’s internal capabilities to address root cause problems and strategic growth opportunities on a regional/global scale in order to manage risk.
Plan
Implement
- Sets appropriate agendas for meetings to drive short-term strategic planning between the ABO’s organization and Amway.
- Anchors meetings with the current vision of the future state to ensure relevancy and alignment.
- Presents and interprets data that identifies trends, strengths, and gaps in the interactions between that account's business, its business affiliation, and Amway.
- Helps the account and Amway determine mid-term and long-term objectives that drive innovation and other strategic growth opportunities.
- Verifies that the account and Amway will have the information they need to identify where end-to-end. business/business affiliation interactions and cross-functional teaming gaps occur.
- Ensures the account, its business affiliation, and Amway use appropriate metrics and policies in order to monitor progress and cross-functional teaming against the strategic plan.
Monitor
- Measures the performance of both the account and Amway in relation to the agreed upon strategic plan for that ABO
- Provides updates on the effectiveness of strategic innovations and suggests plan adjustments to the account, its business affiliation, and Amway using an agreed upon schedule
- Drives accountability for all business-related issues and requests from the account and Amway

High Award Tracking Verification Process: Provides support to new and experienced Silver producer to Platinum ABOs with award tracking and verification to include: _**
