**Job Purpose**:
As the Digital Marketing Performance Assistant Manager, you will support the manager in driving qualified customer acquisition campaigns through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy, day to day implementation of campaigns and with some help of third party relationships via Digital Agencies. With full ownership of managing PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO and Affiliates, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website and their conversion. Drive marketing performance, maximize potential opportunities on all digital marketing channels and stimulate cost-effective lead generation campaigns across all brands for ensuring business achievement.

**Responsibility**:

- Collaborate with the partner agency to drive acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels primarily across PPC and Paid Social but also in SEO and grow new underutilized channels such as Affiliates and Programmatic Display networks
- Drive volume though focusing on the bottom of the funnel and to ensure that the pages are built with conversion in mind.
- Own parts of the marketing technology stack to ensure that we are using the correct channels to attract the right customers.
- Responsible for competitor & keyword research to support SEO / SEM campaigns
- Constantly reviewing and understanding our customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviors and reporting back to the wider business.
- Collaborating with the marketing trade / merchandising manager and product teams to ensure data/trends are being used to make Informed decisions to scale growth.
- Identifying improvements to acquisition performance in channels and onsite experience, and shaping roadmaps to implement any changes that are required
- Budget management and provide regular reports and A/B testing to improve ROI.
- Ensure qualified traffic and overall program performance while improving on ROI.
- Data driven and proactively developing and testing new things.
- Proactively search and recommend new opportunities and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills are a must combined with a disciplined experience background;
- Deep understanding in all things digital: SEM, SEO, social, mobile marketing, programmatic and alike
- Innovation and ideas and working as part of a team are essential;
- Willing to learn quickly and adapt to the exciting challenges in working across different brands
- Good professional judgement and confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholders and different parties;
- Proficient in English
- Work 5 days a week (flexible hour)
- Desirable to have experience of using Power BI, Appsflyer and GA4 a plus but not required
- Google AdWords and Analytics certified a plus but not required
- Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data and visitor statistics
- Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
- Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
