**HR Business Partner Manager**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for **managing full functions of Human Resources Business partner team **such as compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management and employee relations, HR strategic planning.
- **Develop company policies and procedures** to ensure that company regulations abide with Labor Law. Also prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy related issues.
- **Liaise with service provider** to ensure Payroll, Monthly reports (SSO, PND) are accurate and timely.
- Arrange new employee onboard orientation, exit interview and then provide feedback to management.
- Responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining HR records, documents, policies, processes & procedures to meet legislative requirements, as well as developing, implementing, and continually reviewing a Performance Management System.
- **Provide prompt advice and resolutions to Line Managers on HR-related issue**s.
- Counsel to all levels of employees concerning work related problems/ issues.
- Suggest and provide new initiatives in order to **enhance the existing HR practices, policies and strategy.**:
- **Forecast, manage, and control HR and Administrative budget.**:
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Political Science or related field.
**Experience and Skills**
- Well-round experience as an **HR generalist/ business partner for at least 8 years in a multicultural working environment.**:
- A strong display of maturity, professionalism, and effective communications with different levels of stakeholders.
- Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Dynamic and agile to be able to handle and adapt to a constant change of business requirement.
- Possess a goal-orientation mindset to achieve tasks within the timeline.
- **Fluency in English and Thai communication in all areas.**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint
