**We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive or Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales, nurturing strong client relationships, and collaborating with our team to manage administrative tasks, all aimed at ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with proper understanding of their needs, to deliver customized IT solutions in collaboration with our presale engineers.
- Manage and oversee the administrative aspects of client accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective client support.
- Handle sales documentation, manage the sales process, and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in Sales or Account Management (AE or AM)
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges; less experience is acceptable for talented new graduates.
- Basic knowledge of IT products, licensed software, cloud services, and managed services is advantageous but not required.
