**We are looking for someone who**:
Has experience managing in a structured sales environment, developing and executing sales activity
Is a positive change agent - leading groups of salesforces towards new and improving operational working process on digital platform
Has a commitment to overachievement - with always “can do” attitude
Uses good judgement - especially when tasked with difficult assignment
Is a team builder - recruiting and developing new salesforces

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new agents.
Training and Development of Agents
Achieving production budget
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and providing effective coaching to agents
Creating realistic sales forecast
Working directly with agents to expand the business
Monitoring compliance with Agent registration requirements
Developing and executing work plan aligning with agency and overall AIG strategic priority

**Qualifications**:
3 years’ experience on sales management
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to share knowledge among peers and to business partner (agent)
Communicate effectively one-on-one and in group sessions
Excellent time management and organization skills
Experience in successfully mentoring and leading others effectively
Experience in consultative sales process
Strong communication skill in written, verbal, and PowerPoint forms
Possesses interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment
Work well under pressure and constraints
