**Job Title**: Marketing Intern - Skincare
**Reporting to**: Brand Manager - Skincare
About the Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various projects and campaigns tailored to the skincare market. With a focus on social media content creation, influencer marketing strategy, creative marketing campaigns, PR events and product development. This internship offers hands-on experience in different aspects of marketing within the skincare industry. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while contributing to our mission of skincare efficacy based on wisdom of skincare research via a simple approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and implementing social media content strategies to increase an online presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Support the planning and execution of PR events, including product launches and skincare workshops to generate buzz and increase brand awareness. Explore and identify skincare influencers and experts for potential collaborations to amplify our brand messaging and reach skincare enthusiasts. Contribute creative ideas for innovative marketing campaigns and activations that resonate to our target audience and attract new customers. Coordinate with local suppliers to develop gift with purchase, creative mailers, marketing and promotional materials that are engaging, creative and educational. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth while focusing on the brand principle and belief. Monitor and report on the performance of PR & marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
**ESSENTIAL**:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and willingness to learn. Previous marketing or relevant internship experience is a plus.
