**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Indochina Foods Supply Chain HRBP (30%-40%)**
- Provide HRBP support to Indochina Foods BU Supply Chain Bangkok based employees with a focus on delivering people solutions related to employee development, performance management, succession planning, and acquiring top talent etc.
- Support Indochina Foods Supply Chain HRBP to drive and execute HR initiatives across BU Supply Chain team
- Act as a coordinator and consolidator for common agenda cross Indochina Foods BU, e.g. year-end review, people planning, OHS etc.
**THF Culture & Engagement Manager (60%-70%)**
- Support Indochina Foods HR Director to develop the culture and engagement agenda for Thailand Foods
- Program manage culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum
- Plan and execute engagement activities for Thailand Foods to enhance to engagement level, e.g. formal and day-to-day recognition, creating time out in workplace etc.
- Partner with Po1 Talent Management team to manage cyclical process like OHS plan.
- Support all coordination upon Execution of Internal Communication (ex: Newsletter, Townhall, Internal Announcements, Letters, Videos etc)
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors in Human Resources or related fields / MBA is a plus
- 4-6 years of HR Generalist, in HR with relevant experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational and learning development.
- Experience managing large scale programs with strong organizational and written skills
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and make summary recommendations
- Critical and creative thinking to help shape culture strategy
- Fast learner with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
