We are currently recruiting for Corporate Administrator to join our Thailand corporate team and be located in our Bangkok, Thailand office. This has around 80 staffs working across a range of professional services.

**Corporate Administrator**

**Job description**

Can be responsible for administration services including facilities management, travel
coordination, training coordination, events management, mail distribution, accounts / finance support, archiving,
cover for reception, management of vehicle fleet, hire cars and novated leases, internal offices
moves and staff relocations.

**In this role, the key responsibilities include**:
***- Responsible for the coordination and administration of visa and work permit renewal also documentation preparation included.
- Make a reservation for the accommodation and air ticket for the management team and employee as requested.
- Liaison for car rental arrangement of site visiting and domestic meeting.
- Ensure the details of all expenses and claiming for management team.
- Schedule a restaurant booking.
- Providing the monthly operation manager report.
- Complete the percentage of customer satisfaction surveys are on target every quarter.
- Provide additional administrative support as required and directed.
- Display a commitment to providing professional and quality service to all internal and external clients.
- Act in a timely manner to complete all internal client requests efficiently and inform clients when unable to meet expectations and reach agreement on course of action.
- Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients even when the situation becomes difficult.
- Co-ordinate own workflows to ensure completion of special project priorities.
- Seek specific, constructive and immediate feedback to ensure development of best practice knowledge.
- Achievement of team goals are obtained through personal effort.
- Set and update the payment schedules and information to all concerns per monthly.

**About You**

You are experienced and have a passion for learning and collaborating as part of a team and are driven by taking on exciting new opportunities. We are looking for a talented new corporate administrator, who along with the above skills, with further enhance our team culture.

**Preferably, you will have proven capability across a range of the following areas**:

- Graduated with a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in Hotel and Tourism Management, General Management, Business English or relevant is advantageous.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs.
- Teamwork skills.
- Observant and fast learner.
- Secretarial skills for coordination.
- Entertainer skilled is required.
- Be able to job prioritization and time management.
- Creativity and sociable personality would be an ideal.
- Work time flexibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Be organised and able to multi-task.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
