**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Production:

- Produce, direct, edit, and release videos for weekly programs and other video content.
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and equipment to enhance video quality and creativity.
- Manage live streaming events and broadcasts across social media platforms.
- Coordinate technical aspects, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and streaming software.
- Engage with viewers during live streams, respond to comments, and facilitate interactive experiences.
- Monitor and analyze live streaming metrics to assess performance and make improvements for future broadcasts.
- Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Line, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work with social media admin to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Content & Media Strategy:

- Together with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and business teams, gather information and develop content and marketing plan.
- Collaborate with external agency to plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, and infographics.
- Develop content calendar to ensure a consistent and targeted presence across platforms.
- Develop and execute media strategies to promote content and increase brand visibility.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, and video production.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
