Supply Network Operations Coordinator

Our client provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products, and services to the world. Together with farmers, customers, governments, and communities.
- Overseeing importation procedures of inbound shipments, and responsible for maintaining the operation and method locally with the forwarding agent and import broker.
- Liaising closely with forwarders, distributors, and other external vendors to ensure requirements and services are performed to KPIs accurately and tracking shipments.
- Liaising with an external logistics provider for any export shipment needed (claimed, product return, and complaints product).

**Supply Planning**
- Handling activities focus on inventory management, material handling, planning, logistics, and delivery to the customers. Includes development and implementation of supply process with problem-solving skills.
- Monitoring of the supply of goods, planning accuracy, and the inclusion of corrective measures. Maintain regular catch-up calls with the global suppliers to ensure the on-time supply with sufficient qualities.
- Coordinating with warehousing, distributor, and forwarding agents(broker).
- Ensuring the arrival and planning of the product until it arrives in the warehouse and is accepted into the ERP system and its release by local QA. To communicate arrival quality issued with QA Department.
- Participating in all GDP training according to the training matrix defined.
- Following up with the global customer team on production and ensuring the shipment is delivered to the distributor as requested.
- Proceeding the GR in local ERP.
- Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL vendors, and regulatory functions to ensure timely shipment and delivery of supplies for sales and exceeding customer service level targets.
- Monitoring and controlling proper inventory level, service level, the performance of toll manufacturers, and other major KPIs of Consumer Health supply management.
- Preparing raw data for a monthly report on key statistics of supply management activities.

**Warehousing & Distribution (W&D) Logistics Provider Management**
- Liaising with the provider regarding annual stock take, cycle count, and disposal of write-off stocks.
- Facilitating and coordinating redressing and any related process with the warehouse.

**Vendor Management**
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and other external vendors to have the support that their respective services support the business as per contract.
- Negotiating with the vendors on delivery and other contract terms to obtain the best products or services under the requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years within a supply chain environment preferably within the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry.
- High attention to detail, specifically in a numerical sense, to identify errors/gaps quickly.
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal, communication, and language skills.
- Proficient in several logistics/ database systems (e.g., SAP, iScala) with the ability to embrace and learn new technology.
- MS- Excel experience.
- Inventory management experience - safety stock, stock reconciliation, obsolete stock management.
- Understanding of QA requirements within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
