- Assisted Sales Governance Manager in:

- Development of sales control process to ensure the proper functioning of day-to-day monitoring, sales assurance, and surveillance.
- Ensure proper monitoring of sales process taking places to detect key risk, potential inappropriate sales, misconduct activities related to regulations, bank policies and related process/procedures by using sales governance tools.
- Support the enhancement of the bank's control framework by carrying out assurance test.
- Tested adherence to policies and risk appetite including escalation via appropriate channels.
- Performed control testing across all functions based on sales governance tools (i.e., customer requested & visit, call back / welcome call, sale interview, transaction monitoring, mystery shopping, etc.)
- Tracked and monitored issues/ or failed assurance staff for business units.
- Escalated and Reported risk issues/ or findings to senior management on a regular basis.
- Developed strong relationship with key stakeholders (i.e., AO, support officer, team members, etc.).
- Maintained assurance results, management acknowledgement memo or related documents as supporting evidence and risk management.
- Prepare sales governance pack training to communicate issues/ or findings to related sales channels to share knowledge and prevent repeat inappropriate activities / sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- Having knowledge in Retail & Wealth segment is preferrable.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex data
- Able to work under pressure and be mature.
