**Job Description**:
Job Summary

This role be responsible for the execution of customers and front-line campaigns designed to drive sales growth. A primary function of this role is to create and execute sales and customer campaign that drive the local adoption and support scaling the field organizations’ ability to serve their customer.

**Job Description**:
Part Campaign Management
- Create Sales Campaign & Customer Campaign
- Create sales opportunities for various channels to increase productivity for both Retail Branch and Wealth Branch
- Drive Campaign performance to deliver Branch Channel's revenue
- Understand product focus to initiate, design, develop and propose the new ideas for creating appropriate campaigns to align with business direction and achieve Branch Goals
- Performance Monitoring and evaluate overall results and post campaign analysis & feedback campaign
- Coordinate with all related stakeholder and support business to boost up activities thought sales campaign i.e. Sales Conference,

Campaign Event
- Create recognitions program i.e. Club, Top Hero
- Utilize the budget to achieve the highest efficiency
- Post Campaign analysis

Part Channel Market
- Establish channel marketing strategies plan for Wealth and Retail Branches
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product team to create local marketing plan for the above channels\

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Business Administration, Management, Statistic, Economic or any related fields or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in banking industry or related fields
- Fully understand in banking product in Bassurances, Mutual Fund and Lending
- Excellent planning & organizing, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills; teamwork and stress tolerance.
- Able to take initiatives and ownership of assignments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellence Time, Project management, Organizational skill
- Able to coordinate with many relevant departments
