- Assist Advisory stakeholders in incident reporting, risk assessment and the documentation of risk assessment findings and controls.
- Coordinate serious incident investigations and reporting to ensure compliance with local laws across the Thailand Advisory Business Lines and CBRE serious incident protocols.
- Assess and ensure HSE system meets CBRE minimum corporate HSE standards.
- The role acts as Thailand central HSE coordination point for the country, the individual is required to work with all business lines, to support a joint efforts and communication on safety across GWS as well as Advisory to ensure collaboration and local law requirements.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessment, update Legislative Compliance Reporting and registers.
- Produce HSE Reports (Inc corporate and local) and provide HSE Consultation (Inc Monthly Property Management and Corporate Office Safety Meetings).
- Conduct Site Safety Audits & Inspections & Fire Drill Support to PM Properties.
- Support corporate office first aid and AED program.
- Provide HSE Platform Management (Harbour) and develop awards & recognition program and manage.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual HSE Reporting for the Thailand and for inclusion in regional reporting.
- Supporting roll out of the company HSE accident and incident reporting tool, including administration of accident and incident investigations where required.
- Coordination of the PM HSE audit and inspection and goals of PM Strategy 2025 in collaboration with the Regional HSE Director and in-country HSE Champions/Operations Leads.
- Creation of HSE documentation including knowledge shares, health and safety moments and HSE Alerts.
- Management of the Thailand HSE local resources pages on the HSE Intranet page including preparation and maintenance of content.
- Deliver HSE training to the business, including induction, business line specific and risk specific training.
- Aid colleagues and team members to support risk management and assessment of statutory compliances.
- Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager or other nominated representative of the Company may reasonably direct.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Have 5 years minimum of experience working as a health and safety professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Thai).
- Ability to exercise judgment, high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities.
- Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
- Willingness to travel (Phuket and Bangkok).
- Good personality with communication, negotiation and presentation skills
