Cad Draftsman

**Job Highlight**
- CAD support to the Design and FF&E team
- Responsible for preparation of design documentation including tender, construction, and detailing drawings.
- Responsible for render plans and section elevations, translate concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
- Technical & product research & review with design team.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining an updated filing system with design documents and CAD standard.
- Able to accomplish given tasks and work towards deadline.
- Assist to review shop drawings accordingly to design documentation.

**Job Qualification**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent
- Sufficient years of experience in hospitalities and F&B projects
- Advanced CAD skills
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard
- Work efficiently and speedily on AutoCad
- Good Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) (knowledge of SketchUp will be a plus)
- Able to handle multiple projects
- Compulsory to be proficient in English and Thai - both in reading and writing
- Strong organizational skills and must be a team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal, observation skills
