As a Virtual Agent at Bjak/Dsure, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions, providing valuable support, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers through virtual channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and update information.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in virtual customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
