・ Reconciliate bank slip with daily receivable report.
・ Follow up supporting documents to other department for recording accounts receivable
・ Recognize account receivable/sales according to the accounting policy.
・ Collect payment from customers within due and receive the check - billing.
・ Prepare collection reports and outstanding accounts receivable reports (Consign, Credit, Cash).
・ Check the sales tax invoice and prepare the sales VAT report.
・ Record all consignment sales/return and match the record with the sales report of Sales Department.
・ Follow up daily consignment sales report from PC Staffs and record sales on a daily basis
・ Work together with supervisor to close of the account receivable within the due date
・ Record collection date and make account receivable report
・ Calculate promotion expense and check the rebate and trade discount from sales report from customer
(department stores in Thailand)
・ Handle works assigned by supervisor

Salary

22,000 - 27,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
・ Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 26-33 years old
・ Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting field is required
・ Experience of accounting receivable control and consignment transaction is a plus・ Good communication skills. Ex. coordination with sales administration staff or customers
・ Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
・ Experience of ERP "MS Dynamics BC" is a plus
