Qualifications:
**Key/ Skills Requirements**
- Outstanding design portfolio
- International experience
- Innovation a plus
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Proven design team leader
- 6+ years of brand design experience
- Graphic design degree or equivalent
- Tangible understanding of digital ecosystem
- Extraordinary design taste and skill
- Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software ( 3D software is a Plus)
- Works well under pressure
- Independent and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong design management skills
- Able connect with different functions across projects, and develop genuine relationships
- Key collaborator with marketing partners, 3rd party design suppliers
- Works well to deliver results; keeps others informed at all times
- Great passion for new and creative trends
- Highly collaborative, curious, team oriented designer
- Demonstrate a clear “point of view” relating to their design
