**The Role**

We are looking for a high-powered Business Developer with 2-4 years experience to join our Growth team focusing on outbound sales. In this role, you’ll have to take full ownership of the sales funnel from generating your own leads all the way to closing, renewing and upselling clients. For this, you’ll need both exceptional sales skills as well as an ability to build a repeatable sales process from the ground up independently.

Are you passionate about acquiring and nurturing clients? Are you a native Thai speaker? Do you have experience managing a sales funnel end to end? Then this role is for you

**Responsibilities**
- Work with our Growth Manager to design and constantly improve our outbound sales process including the sales pitch, lead-acquisition channels as well as the sales cycle and tracking system
- Execute on our outbound sales strategy relentlessly, meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Mentor new members of the sales and customer success teams as the company grows
- Above all else: sell, sell, sell

- Bangkok, Thailand (hybrid)

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native Thai
- Professional English
- 2-4 years experience in sales/business development
- Experience managing a sales process end to end starting with lead generation
- Ability to build a sales process from the ground up and execute on it

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience selling software products to e-commerce industry SMEs
- Startup experience
