Responsibilities:
Develop and manage all purchasing processes, from supplier selection, negotiation, contract preparation, to monitoring the delivery of goods and services.Assess and select quality suppliers based on price, product quality, and after-sales service.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions to secure the best deals for the company.Monitor and control the purchasing budget to ensure compliance with the set budget.Track and analyze the usage of materials and inventory to ensure sufficient supplies for production.Develop and improve purchasing processes and work guidelines to enhance purchasing efficiency.Lead and develop the purchasing team to work efficiently and collaboratively.Prepare and present purchasing performance reports to the management.

Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in team management.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of procurement processes and logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant procurement software.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Experience in procurement within the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
