1. Accounting Duties:
o Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.


2. Tax Preparation:
o Prepare and file accurate tax returns in a timely manner.
o Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and records to ensure compliance with tax laws.
o Identify potential tax credits and liabilities and ensure accurate and timely filings.
o Research and apply for any applicable tax benefits or incentives.


3. Compliance and Audit:
o Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
o Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.


4. Financial Analysis:
o Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
o Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.


5. Process Improvement:
o Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and tax preparation.
o Stay informed about industry best practices and integrate them into daily operations.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in accountancy (Master's Degree is a plus)
