**Job Description**

* Centralize and maintain documentation for ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO 50001 certifications for 3rd party audits and re-certification.
* Review, update, and communicate related HSE documents to SHE plant personnel.
* Register and update legal compliance status monthly and deploy to HSE plants.
* Coordinate plant annual health checkup programs and safety weeks, supporting SG&A.
* Manage records within S@FER, aid in proper record keeping, extract data, and verify accuracy of data in the system.
* Report to the SHE manager, providing information from the system.
* Support internal audit processes across TH.
* Collaborate with plant HSE for surveillance audits by 3rd party.
* Prepare materials and coordinate safety week, safety theme-based, and annual health checkup programs.
* Handle SHE activities, including ensuring PPE availability and suitability for working places.
* Handle emergency situations, including chemical spill emergencies.
* Conduct HSE training for current employees, new employees, contractors, and ensure a good condition of the workplace.
* Manage waste management processes.
* Update all HSE regulations and distribute to concerned departments.
* Handle accident reporting, investigation, near misses, and lesson learned implementation.
* Lead safety audits, BBS, AMS, Total Safety Culture, and Safety Week, ensuring corrective actions are in place.
* Develop tools and programs to encourage or improve HSE-related issues.
* Identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic, and environmental hazards in the workplace.
* Conduct HSE audits, internal audits, and operation control audits.
* Perform Ergonomic Assessments (HRT4E) and maintain compliance.
* Summarize all issues and update the status to management.
* Conduct monthly HSE meetings and communicate minutes to shopfloor.
* Update all HSE information and communicate to related functions.
* Handle daily HSE activities.
* Perform special assignments by next levels in the Safety Department.

**Optional Responsibilities**

* Participate in and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as:
* Safety week
* 5S
* HSE training
* Wear proper PPE
* Lead as a role model
* Follow safety rules, WI, Procedure, and other related standards
* Report near misses/unsafe actions/safety suggestions to line management

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's or master's degree in safety and health occupational or related field in Safety functional.
* 5 years' experience in safety function or implementing ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 50001 management systems.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good attitude and teamwork.
