**Job Description**:
As a Safety Manager in the paint industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a culture of safety within our organization. Reporting to the Senior Management team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Safety Policy and Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Control:

- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in equipment, facilities, and processes to enhance safety and minimize occupational hazards.
- Training and Education:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels, including new hires and existing staff.
- Ensure that employees are adequately trained in safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Incident Investigation and Reporting:

- Lead investigations into workplace accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit reports on safety performance, incident trends, and compliance metrics to management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Safety Culture Promotion:

- Foster a positive safety culture by promoting awareness, engagement, and accountability among employees.
- Organize safety campaigns, workshops, and events to encourage participation and recognition of safety achievements.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response:

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for various scenarios, including fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency response measures and ensure readiness for real-life situations.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and human resources, to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of the business.
- Communicate safety updates, initiatives, and best practices to employees through meetings, newsletters, and other channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management roles, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the paint industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to prioritize safety.

- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Pay: Up to ฿70,000.00 per month
