Company Description Sage Capital Limited is a boutique investment banking firm specializing in M&A and corporate finance. We are expanding and seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an investment banker, based in Sathon. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising activities. You will conduct thorough due diligence, develop financial models, and provide strategic financial insights. You will also be expected to communicate with clients, manage transactions from start to finish, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications — Analyst / Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance, investment banking principles, financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, IPO, transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in financial due diligence, valuation, and transaction execution is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written Thai and English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with generative AI tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proactive, reliable, hardworking, and able to take ownership of assignments.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
