Asset Pro Management Co., Ltd. (APM) is a financial advisory company, enhanced its investment banking activities to provide the following financial advisory services in Thailand such as Initial Public Offering (IPO)and listing on Stock Exchange(SET, mai), Loan Arranger, Joint Venture, Merger & Acquisition, Debt Restructuring, Corporate Restructuring, etc. Urgently required We are currently looking for the qualified Financial Analyst (IB) to join with our company   for many positions.

Job Description
 Investment Banker is responsible for related activities including,
- Initial Public Offering (IPO)
- Debt financing / Loan financing i.e. bond, Debenture
- Debt Restructuring
- Mergers and Acquisition (M&A)
- Independent Financial Advisory (IFA)
- Conduct Due Diligence process including gathering, interpreting, and preparing information
- Coordinate between issuer and external parties (i.e. Auditor, Internal Audit, Legal Advisory)
- Develop financial model for any related purpose
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of related regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry Qualifications preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance & Banking, Accounting , Economics or related field.
- Experience in IB, M&A, IPO and familiarity with SEC/SET rules
- Having Financial Advisor (FA) license is a plus.
- Good command of both spoken and written in English (Chinese is advantage)
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
- Having analytical and problem-solving skill, able to work well under pressure and deadline.
- Good human relations.
- Willing to travel up country, Oversea in occasional.
