Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities and growth strategies to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Initiate, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with key partners (e.g., HR Tech companies, educational institutions, enterprise clients, and ecosystem players).
- Design and develop innovative business models, monetization strategies, and service packages that align with evolving job market trends.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution by translating market insights and partner feedback into clear product feature requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, and scale platform.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor product metrics to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and feature enhancements.
- Serve as the core connector aligning Marketing, Sales, and Tech/Product teams toward unified business goals.
- Prepare and present data-driven business cases, ROI analysis, and progress reports to the executive leadership team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management, with a strong background or direct experience as a Product Owner , Product Manager or within a Tech Startup / SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of HR Tech or digital marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Proficient in product thinking, understanding user journeys, conversion funnels, and capable of effectively communicating with developers and engineers.
- Strongly data-driven with the ability to analyze key product and business metrics to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
