Make your mark in Agency Department The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading the Agency Business Intelligence function for AIG Thailand by delivering performance analytics, strategic insights, business planning support, and data-driven recommendations that enable informed decision-making and sustainable business growth. This role serves as a strategic business partner to Agency Leadership and is accountable for driving reporting transformation, data governance, automation, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency across the Agency organization. How you will create an impact Business Intelligence & Performance Management
- Lead the Agency Business Intelligence roadmap and ensure alignment with Agency business strategy and growth objectives.
- Provide analytical insights and performance management support across key Agency metrics, including recruitment, activation, retention, productivity, persistency, and profitability.
- Monitor business performance trends and identify opportunities and risks through data-driven analysis. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, target setting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
- Deliver actionable business insights to improve growth, productivity, and profitability. Reporting & Analytics Transformation
- Develop and enhance executive dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Drive reporting automation, dashboard modernization, and process optimization initiatives.
- Promote the adoption of AI-enabled analytics and self-service reporting capabilities. Data Governance & Knowledge Management
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, data quality controls, reporting documentation, and knowledge management practices.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business intelligence outputs and reporting processes. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Partner with Agency, Finance, Product, Operations, Technology, Data, and regional stakeholders to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic analytics projects, business performance reviews, and executive presentations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence team to strengthen analytical capability and business partnership effectiveness. Compensation Management Support
- Provide analytical support and governance for agency compensation calculations and campaign performance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support compensation-related business processes and decision-making. What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Sales Analytics, or related functions.
- Experience leading analytical, reporting, or business intelligence teams.
- Experience within insurance, financial services, banking, consulting, or distribution-focused organizations preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Knowledge of data management, automation, cloud-based analytics, AI, or advanced analytics solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution capabilities.
