30,000 THB + Group insurance + AL Work

About the role
This role is suitable for someone who can manage 7-10+ NPD projects simultaneously, coordinating across suppliers, sourcing, marketing, design agencies, manufacturing plants, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end NPD (New Product Development) project timelines from kickoff to first production delivery
- Coordinate cost validation, MOQ alignment, and supplier negotiations
- Track artwork (AW) development, color proofing, and packaging material readiness
- Maintain and communicate project status to stakeholders through regular meetings and updates
- Lead project calls and stakeholder discussions when needed
- Monitor sample submissions and plant trial activities
- Support contract and pricing setup processes
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams
- Ensure packaging materials meet quality and timeline requirements before launch Requestments:
- Strong Project Manager with Procurement background
- Experienced in managing multiple NPD projects simultaneously
- Skilled in stakeholder and supplier management
- Excellent communicator and coordinator
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong problem solver with analytical mindset
- Able to influence and negotiate effectively
- Familiar with packaging materials, artwork, printing, or FMCG product development processes
