Detailed Description: Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Process characterization
- Assist TL in characterizing PCB and BGA warpage
- Characterize and optimize reflow profiles.
- Design and optimize stencils to support site-wide operations .
- Review and validate process and tooling requirements.
- Review and finalize designs for custom pick-and-place (PNP) nozzles for extra BGA components.
- Provide hands-on support for physical process builds. Analysis & NUDD
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports by interpreting product features and FA results.
- Evaluate NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) processes, golden pFMEA, and Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters against product technology requirements. New Technology Project Management & SME
- Facilitate weekly internal team meetings, including agenda preparation and tracking action items.
- Manage external communications and lead weekly meetings with customers, HPS, and suppliers, including Phase Exit reviews.
- Support Quotation (RFQ) process by estimating costs for NUDD processes for both HPS & EMS. Engineering Co-development
- Drive technology development for potential business opportunities, with a focus on large BGAs for HPS.
- Execute technology development in parallel with, or ahead of NPI stages. Qualifications & Competencies

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

Experience:
10 to 15 years of experience in SMT Process, PCBA and taken role as managerial level at least 5 years.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge and deep technical skills in SMT processes (Screenprint, API, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven), NPI Processes.
- Analytical

Skills:
In-depth understanding of NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) processes, golden pFMEA, and Critical-to-Quality (CTQ).
- Leadership & Soft

Skills:
Strong leadership, good logical thinking, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
