Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all international accounting functions (Laos/Cambodia), including process enhancements and financial report preparation.
- Lead regional controllers and corporate accounting teams, managing work plans, staffing, project deadlines, and disbursements.
- Collaborate with international accountants to manage and support the monthly accounting close process for international entities.
- Implement and ensure adherence to internal control processes, maintaining and monitoring financial controls and business procedures.
- Supervise year-end statutory audits for international entities.
- Assist the CFO by performing additional accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in medium to large multinational companies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple international teams remotely.
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and solid business acumen.
- Ability to manage innovative ideas and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all management levels.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and strategic thinker.
- CPA certification is a plus.
