Job Summary Overseeing the business in Thailand and achieve Company targets Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all activities in accordance to Company guidelines Identify and develop business opportunities Main Duties & Responsibilities Responsible the overall management of luxury retail business in Thailand to ensure optimal achievement of Company objectives Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing, managing all activities and results of business Identify and recommend short, medium and long-term business strategies as well as business development Overseeing of retail operations, retail business, manpower issue and any other issue related to Thailand Formulates, recommends and executes all policies related to retail operations lines and support functions such as Human Resource and Finance & Administration etc Analyzes the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met Manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary flexibility, skills and structures to support short and long-term requirements Prepare and be accountable for Company plans and budgets Acts a spokesman of the Thailand market, develop relationships with landlord, local authorities and the general community to promote Company’s image Job Requirements University Degree or above At least 10 years of experience working with Retail, preferably in Luxury Retail Fluent in Thai and English, both written and oral communication Excellent planning and communications skills Well organized and effective time management (multi-tasking) Smart, strong communication skill, with good attitude Independent thinking, detail oriented Strong desire to learn and to execute Good team management & leadership
