• Lead the external audit and review process at group and subsidiary level. 2. Technical accounting
• Research and draft technical accounting papers on new and complex transactions (e.g. business combinations, financial instruments, digital assets, revenue).
• Keep group accounting policies current and implement new TFRS requirements. 3. M&A and new entities
• Support due diligence and deal structuring from a financial reporting perspective.
• Lead post-deal accounting: PPA coordination with valuers, opening balance sheets, and onboarding acquired entities into group close and consolidation.
• Set up accounting, charts of accounts and reporting packages for newly incorporated entities. 4. Close, tax & statutory compliance
• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across the parent and subsidiaries; review journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Own and review Thai tax and statutory filings (PND.1/3/53, PP.30, PP.36, PND.50/51, Social Security Fund, and DBD filings including บอจ.5).
• Coordinate the year-end employee benefit obligation actuarial process. 5. Project management, controls & team
• Run the reporting cycle and accounting workstreams as projects, with clear timelines, owners and escalation.
• Operate and strengthen internal controls as the group scales, including system and process improvements.
• Lead, review and develop the accounting team; coordinate across finance, legal and business teams. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Thai CPA strongly preferred.
• 7 to 10 years' experience in audit and/or accounting, including Big Four audit experience at senior/manager level.
• Hands-on experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with listed companies, from either the reporting or audit side.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of TFRS, with the ability to research and write positions clearly.
• M&A experience, such as due diligence, business combination accounting, PPA or post-acquisition integration.
• Proven project management

skills:
