We are seeking a Program Manager for RISE to lead our Corporate Innovation & Executive Education programs, Intrapreneurship programs to grow our clients’ innovation capabilities throughout all levels of the organization. Role and

Responsibilities:
• Work with an internal team to deliver Executive Education courses, transformative leadership or intrapreneurship programs including but not limited to workshop, bootcamp, seminar etc.
• Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, identify the objective of the project, clear problem statements and solution design.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our clients by building executive level relationships
• Gather feedback from clients, study other success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices that would meet client’s expectations.
• Sync with Business Development and Planner team regularly to ensure timely involvement of clients/project, proposal is finalized and project run smoothly Qualifications
• Experience in Human Resource Consulting, learning & development, human resource or other program/courses management roles (ideally 7+ years)
• Excellent skills in presentation and facilitation in a group environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
• Proactive and organised person with fantastic interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and strong leadership
• Experience in academy, events management, networking is a plus Who You Are
