The Role
We're seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
to lead the development of our
global, multi-locale marketing and web platform.
This role involves building scalable systems, optimising site performance for SEO, and ensuring smooth integration with internal tools and content infrastructure.

You'll work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Design Teams to deliver fast, secure, and high-converting digital experiences.

What Are The Main Responsibilities Of The Role

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using , , and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
• Implement SEO-first practices, including clean site architecture, metadata, sitemaps, and page speed optimisation.
• Support and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and workflows.
• Implement and maintain secure user authentication systems, including third-party login providers and session management.
• Ensure security and compliance, following best practices and global data protection standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

What Success Looks Like

• Performance: Pages load in under 2 seconds, handle high traffic without performance drops, and deliver a seamless experience across mobile, target and desktop devices in all target regions.
• Security & Compliance: Data is protected, systems meet privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR), and vulnerabilities are identified and resolved proactively.
• SEO: Technical foundations support organic growth through clean, indexable architecture and best-practice implementation.
• Reliability: Code is stable, maintainable, and deployed without regressions; site uptime remains consistently high.
• Engineering Efficiency: Development cycles are fast, with high output quality and minimal rework.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Product, and design teams can confidently identify opportunities, design solutions then launch and iterate quickly in close collaboration with engineers.

What skills and experience are required?

• 8+ years of full stack development experience in a commercial setting.
• Advanced skills in React, , , and TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of DevOps, cloud platforms/services, particularly with AWS (Amazon Web Services), and performance monitoring.
• Experience building and securing authentication flows and access control.
• Proven success delivering SEO-optimised websites at scale.
• Experience managing or building content platforms across multiple locales.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Experience integrating or building with AI tools or using AI to enhance development workflows.

• (Nice to have) Familiarity with:

• GatsbyJS

• Salesforce
• Marketo or other marketing platforms
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
• Data Integration / Pipeline Platform
