full-stack engineer who thinks like a product owner.

Not someone who waits for tickets… someone who ships, leads, and drives growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own features end-to-end: idea → design → build → launch
  • Work across
    all Jars Global SaaS products
  • Build dashboards, APIs, internal tools, and core product features
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Collaborate directly with founders in real time (GMT+7 overlap required)
  • Use product analytics + customer feedback to drive growth
  • Contribute to roadmap, strategy, and rapid experiments
  • Join us for periodic product sprints in Chiang Mai
    (travel, accommodation & food fully covered)

Requirements

  • 3+ years full-stack experience (MERN or similar)
  • Strong product intuition — you think in user outcomes, not just code
  • Ability to ship fast and own entire features
  • Startup-speed mindset —
    some weeks will hit ~70+ hours when we're shipping hard
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-velocity environment
  • Bonus: SaaS, growth engineering, or product management experience
