Role Summary:

The expectations for this position are to manage 4 things: time, resources, customer satisfaction, and stakeholders, in order to deliver important projects related to mental health care and well-being of employees to leading corporate clients in a timely manner, with high quality and maximum efficiency. This position requires a systematic thinking and working process, along with a commitment to take action to achieve the goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning and Management:

• Develop detailed project plans that outline required resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal (operation team) and external (freelance) teams to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Deliver objective results with ROI to clients

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with B2B clients.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular updates and proactive resolution of potential issues.

3. Execution and Monitoring:

• Lead the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

4. Team Coordination:

• Direct and motivate project teams, ensuring optimal collaboration and efficiency.
• Organize and lead project meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports for company leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on the overall progress of projects.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in a B2B environment, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or related service industries.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and methodologies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong client-management and internal communication skills.
• Driving with systematic thinking and flexibility
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, I/O Psychology, or related field
